The GS45L model stood out for its four-side fully-enclosed lifting tank design. Adjustable to any height via liquid level control and compatible with automated production line expansion, it greatly improves operational convenience. Its self-developed linear motor drive technology enables rapid response and higher precision, while the non-contact transmission system not only delivers outstanding speed but also eliminates mechanical wear, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
High-end models like the G126s and G85s feature China's first "unilateral automatic lifting tank" system, where door panel height can be controlled through system commands without manual sealing. This one-touch operation doubles efficiency compared to traditional tank structures. The combination of intelligent positioning and AUTO automatic machining significantly reduce operational complexity - users simply select machining conditions and requirements, and the system automatically generates matching discharge parameters from its extensive database, substantially reducing non-productive time and enabling rapid operator proficiency.

The precision slow wire-cutting machine DS430 plus also delivered impressive performance. Its X/Y axes employ linear motor drives with grating scale closed-loop control to ensure long-term machining accuracy. The automatic wire threading system uses AC servo tension wheels for stable force control, while spark erosion technology optimizes wire condition. High-pressure air combined with electronic roller waste removal ensures smooth operation. Featuring a large-screen CNC system with centralized project display, the self-developed operating system automatically generates machining parameters after users select materials, wire diameter and other specifications. The BYPASS function allows processing resumption after interruptions, enhancing efficiency. As an upgraded model, it establishes an automation system through three core technologies: electric upper/lower doors compatible with automation units for flexible production lines; seven-axis, six-linkage technology enabling complex workpiece machining with ±2μm repeat positioning accuracy and ≤5μm dimensional tolerance, breaking imported equipment monopolies.
To provide hands-on experience, HSPK set up live demonstrations where operators skillfully showcased intelligent machining processes across various models. From parameter setup to operation startup, the entire process demonstrated smooth efficiency with clearly visible machining accuracy and stability.
