It features a four-sided lifting fluid tank allowing arbitrary fluid level height control and can be integrated into automated lines, enhancing operational convenience. Equipped with a self-developed linear motor drive, it offers rapid response and higher precision; the non-contact transmission design also eliminates mechanical wear, significantly reducing post-purchase maintenance costs for customers. Furthermore, utilizing the AUTO automatic machining function, users simply select the machining conditions and requirements, and the system automatically generates matching discharge parameters, efficiently adapting to production needs.

The high-end series models, G126s and G85s, both feature an intelligent positioning system and the AUTO automatic machining function. Among these, the "unilateral automatic lifting fluid tank" is an industry-first in China. The tank door can be controlled to any height via system commands, requiring no manual closing or sealing, and operates with a single click, greatly improving efficiency compared to traditional manually operated fluid tank doors. The continuously iterated AUTO automatic machining system simplifies operational steps in both the "preparation phase" and "machining phase," and, combined with a rich parameter library, reduces human intervention, ensuring machining stability. The intelligent positioning system, centered on "Intelligence Driving Productivity," creates a guided, "thinking" intelligent operating system that reduces equipment non-production time, boosts production efficiency, and lowers reliance on operator skill and experience.

The HF45 model from the cost-effective series focuses on practicality and efficiency. It adopts a new mechanical structure design with increased guide rail span, meeting the demands for processing larger and wider molds, and offers flexible and convenient operation. Its coordinate memory function supports pausing and returning to the starting point or positional offset during machining, adapting to multi-scenario operations. The new AUTO automatic machining function reduces the need for human intervention and experience, automatically generating stable discharge parameters based on the parameter library. Additionally, multi-head model options are available, effectively enhancing production efficiency, shortening mold delivery times, and providing a quality choice for enterprises seeking high cost-effectiveness.

The DS430 model from the precision wire cutting machines EDM series also excels in the field of precision machining. The DS430 utilizes a magnetic levitation linear motor drive paired with grating scale closed-loop control to ensure long-term machining accuracy, while a stable discharge power supply provides reliable assurance for precision machining. This model is also equipped with a patented automatic wire threading mechanism, achieving a threading success rate of up to 99%. The Y-axis moving column structural design further guarantees precision. The discharge cutting and wire straightening power supply optimizes copper wire straightness and wire end condition, and the combination of high-pressure air and an electronic roller wheel ensures stable waste wire removal. Moreover, the model features HSPK's self-developed WindowsDSP controller operating system. The large widescreen design simplifies the operation process, automatically generating machining parameters based on prompts, reducing cross-screen operations, and offering an excellent human-machine interaction experience.
