The bed utilizes HT300 high-grade cast iron, subjected to secondary tempering and stress-relief treatments, significantly enhancing equipment performance and service life. Every precision component of the machine tool is manufactured using professional precision machine tools and subsequently inspected via CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to meet stringent accuracy requirements. Critical component assembly includes hand scraping processes, while lead screws and guideways are meticulously assembled by dedicated craftsmen teams to guarantee the precision of core assemblies.
Machine components are assembled with continuously optimized structures, followed by connectivity tests with electrical cabinets to verify levelness and precision. This ensures all axes and travel ranges are correctly assembled and fully operational. A debugging and inspection report is generated for each stage.
During the final assembly stage, the machine tool's geometric accuracy is strictly controlled to ensure precise positioning, minimize positional errors, and thereby guarantee machining accuracy while enhancing the quality of the final product. Laser interferometers are used to inspect positioning accuracy after full assembly.
After the complete machine assembly, our professional commissioning team conducts debugging and performs EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) performance verification tests on every machine tool. Strict adherence to technical specifications throughout the entire inspection process ensures the quality of each machine delivered to the customer.
