The new manual control box has added one-key zeroing, one-key centering and positioning, coordinate system and workpiece number switching functions, including G85Ls, double-head machine G126Ls, and GS45L model with four-sided lifting tank. These three new products have their own characteristics. The HF series has also been upgraded and optimized in structure. At this new product launch conference, Shanghai Hanba also exhibited precision wire products. This product uses magnetic suspension linear motor and grating ruler closed-loop control to ensure processing accuracy, patented automatic wire threading success rate of 95%, Y-axis moving column design to enhance accuracy, discharge fusing technology to optimize copper wire status, self-developed Windows DSP system for easy operation, and jump hole function to improve processing efficiency, creating a reliable precision processing solution.
