Auto-Lifting Tank

Bed Temperature Control System

Measures to prevent rapid thermal deformation. Ambient temperature fluctuations, vertical thermal gradients, and radiant heat from ceilings/walls induce machine thermal distortion, impacting accuracy. By circulating temperature-synchronized coolant through key structural components, thermal deformation is effectively controlled, ensuring stable machining precision.

AUTO is an automatic processing mode that can be  used by inexperienced personnel, users only need to  select "Electrode Material", "Electrode Type", "Shake  Type", "Electrode Size", "Coarseness", enter "Spark  Gap", "Machining Position", "Machining Depth",  and the system automatically generates matching  discharge parameters.
